Lions Park adds a family-focused stop to Picnic Point, combining play equipment, picnic facilities and access to nearby waterfall gardens and bushland walks. It is a good place to slow down before or after visiting the lookouts.

The Toowoomba Regional Council park page (opens in a new tab) lists playgrounds, a tennis practice wall, shaded picnic facilities, barbecues and walking access. The rocket ship is display-only, not play equipment.
