Murray Clewett Wetlands offers a gentler outdoor option for watching birdlife, walking beside the pond or joining a longer run or cycle along West Creek. It is a practical open-space stop for visitors who want time outdoors without committing to a long bushwalk.

The Toowoomba Regional Council wetlands page (opens in a new tab) records the paths, West Creek connection and designated dog off-leash area. The permitted off-leash area is limited to the western pond side and adjacent path, so follow the current onsite signs.
